To go a quotation you can click on the main link which are Vacation Packages, Cruise, Flights or Hotels each page has link to quotation form on them.

How do I make a booking for a service that I see?
Place your mouse over the Book Now! link, a drop menu will appear click on Book Vaction Package, Book Cruise, Book Flight or Book Hotel.

Where or how do I pay for a booking?
We offer offline credit card payment or a lodgement can be made to our RBTT account. Please see our policies.

Are there any penalties for cancellation after a confirmed booking?
Yes there is, please have a glance at our policies.

Do I need to be in Jamaica to make a booking?
No you do not need to be in Jamaica to make a booking, we are located in Jamaica however we can make bookings for anyone anywhere in the world.

After I have submitted a quote request how long does it take to get a response?
Quotations are normally done same day however this is based on the influx of quote requests.

How can I contact Reservations Jamaica administration to give feedback or make recommendations for site improvement?

If I would like a visit a particular hotel say in Montego Bay would it be possible that Reservations Jamaica could have a better rate than if I book at the hotel myself?
Yes, this is normally the case we may have better rates than what the hotel is willing to offer you. This is possible because the majority of their business come from agencies and not walk in clients so they extend great discounts for us

Is it possible for me to see all your hotel listings, vacation pacakges, cruises?
Yes, It is possible :) however, we do not have the man power or resouces to list all of these. The best thing to do is to use our quote request facility and fill in the required fields. There is a slim chance that we will not have you request in our inventory, if such is true our staff will make good recommendations to find the best solution for you.

I would like to travel off the island but I do not have a visa?
There are destinations that do not require a visa such Bahamas, Curacao, Barbados, Trinidad, Antigua to name a few. Check with us and we will let you know you options. This goes for some Cruises also.

I would like to go to a hotel that is overseas, can I book my flight at the same time?
Yes, on the hotels page and the hotel booking page flight details can be entered at the same time.
